William Hill Appoints New Staffs

Two new appointments have been made by William Hill, to fill some of its vacant positions. These are of non-executive Directors. Georgina Harvey and Imelda Walsh have been by appointed by the gaming room to occupy the positions.

Georgina Harvey served as the Regionals division of Trinity Mirror plc’s Managing Director since 2005. She worked at Express Newspapers plc before. In 2010, she became the President of the organization.

For 6 years, from 2004 to 2010, Imelda Walsh worked as the Director of the Human Resources Group at J Sainsbury plc.  A member serving in the board of the Institute of Employment Studies’ and a Comic Relief’s trustee were along with Imelda Walsh, serving the same position.

Gareth Davis, the chairperson of William Hill expressed his thoughts on the new appointments. He stated that it is a pleasure to have Imelda Walsh and Georgina Harvey in the Board of the gaming room. Both have enriching experiences in the field of media and retail and are qualified to look after the technological aspects as well as the issues faced by customers on the gambling platform.
